Cottage is a brilliant location for exploring the Black Mountains and Brecons. Would recommend going to Sgwd yr Eira Waterfall near Glyn-Neath. Well worth the 1 hour walk! You can stand behind the waterfall- magical! Also, visit the Blue Pool. Go to Tenby via the coast road through Pendine and Amroth for amazing beaches and views. Would definitely come back here.

Coming from Switzerland and discovering Wales during a week. We found the cottage to be a perfect base to explore the region. We had the opportunity to visit many castles and cultural landmarks, walked along the Pembrokeshire coastal paths, trekked in the Brecon Beacons national park, visited Swansea and the Gower peninsular and spent time on the beach. The immediate surrounds of the cottage were perfect for early morning jogging!

We have had a wonderful, restful holiday here. The location is fantastic and the cottage is just lovely. Very friendly host (thanks Jonathan!) and you will find everything that you need here. Isabelle and Luke enjoyed spending time with Abi and Hal. This is a beautiful part of the country – fabulous coastlines to explore – the dog was in heaven! Thanks again for a great holiday, no doubt we'll be back and will spread the word.

Officially the best bath I have been in – the magic shower came a close second. Had a fabulous weekend relaxing in this lovely cottage, and there's a Kite that comes to say hello, brilliant! I love it, hope to come back again.

...it was idyllic. Our welcome was 10/10, our expectations exceeded and we were lucky enough to have the sun. We're a family of four with two exuberant teenage boys, so finding plenty to do is a must – no problem. We stayed for a week and we'll be back for more.
